2 suspects in custody after shooting, car crash in Clarksville

CLARKSVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A shooting that caused several Clarksville schools to go on lockdown has ended in a violent crash and with two suspects in custody.

Police say a shooting was reported at the BP at the intersection of Lafayette Road and Ryder Avenue around 9 a.m.

One person was hurt in the shooting.

Police were given a description of the suspect's vehicle, which led them to a car that crashed into an apartment building in Summit Heights.
