The girl's mother, Ashley Boyle, says her daughter never woke up after losing consciousness and suffering massive brain damage following heavy sedation Dec. 3 at Island Dentistry for Children, the office of dentist Lilly Geyer.
The Honolulu Star-Advertiser says Ashley Boyle and her husband, Evan Boyle, have filed a negligence lawsuit and their attorney now plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit.
