HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Marcus Mariota didn't waste any time showing he's fully recovered from a knee injury suffered earlier in the season.
The Ducks quarterback and former St. Louis Crusader rushed for 132 first-half yards and threw for 253 more as Oregon dominated Texas, 30-7, Monday in the Valero Alamo Bowl.
Mariota went 18-of-26 through the air and threw a touchdown pass.
Oregon finishes the year at 11-2.
Mariota is returning to the Ducks in 2014 for his redshirt junior season.
