HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - HONOLULU (AP) - An influx of workers in the state's labor pool helped keep the unemployment rate unchanged in Hawaii.
The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports the state's jobless rate was 4.4 percent in November, the same as October. The national unemployment rate is 7 percent.
The Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations says the labor force has grown by nearly 9,000 workers over the last three months.
The state's entire labor force is about 651,000 workers, the most since January.
