Man dies in fall from Maui cliff December 13, 2013 at 2:38 PM HST - Updated July 11 at 6:05 AM HONOLULU (AP) - Maui police say a 59-year-old Kaupo man died in a fall from a 20- to 25-foot cliff in Kipahulu. The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports Philip Chang died in the fall Thursday morning. Police say Chang between 10 a.m. and noon was cutting grass near loose soil on a farm.
