Elton John bringing ‘Million Dollar Piano’ back to Caesars Palace

Elton John and his band will return to The Colosseum at Caesars Palace beginning in March for several encore performances of The Million Dollar Piano show.

The show includes hits spanning John's long career and the show's namesake piano, which features nearly 70 LED video screens.

John's band features longtime collaborator Davey Johnstone on guitar, Matt Bissonette on bass, John Mahon on percussion, Nigel Olsson on drums and Kim Bullard on keyboards.

John is the top-selling solo artist of all time, with 35 gold and 25 platinum albums and 29 Top 40 hits. He has sold more than 250 million albums worldwide.

John's latest album, The Diving Board, was released in September.

Tickets for the March and April 2014 performances go on sale Monday, Dec. 9 at 10 a.m. Tickets range from $55 to $250 plus taxes and fees and may be obtained online at www.thecolosseum.com, by phone at 800-745-3000 or in person at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace Box Office.

Each show begins at 7:30 p.m.
