Ark. governor declares statewide disaster

(WMC-TV) - Governor Mike Beebe declared a statewide disaster for Arkansas Thursday afternoon.

In addition, the governor declared that only essential personnel should report to work at Ark. state offices in Little Rock Friday.  Agency directors and area supervisors will determine who those employees are.
