Today is the Great American Smokeout. It is an annual, nationwide event that was started by the American Cancer Society 38 years ago and has grown into a national day of recognition with events throughout the entire country. The Hawaii Tobacco Quitline is open and ready to help anyone ready to quit; utilizing resources and programs set up throughout the state. 

Pedro Haro and Valerie Smalley are here from the Hawaii Tobacco Quitline to give us more details.
