University of Hawai'i head baseball coach Mike Trapasso announced the signing of 10 players to national letters of intent for the 2015 season. The class is made up of five pitchers and five position players.
"We are very excited about this class," said head coach Mike Trapasso who is in his 13thseason at Hawai'i. "The overall talent level is as good as we've signed. We were able to fill all of our potential needs, especially experienced pitching, and look forward to having these young men in our program. I especially want to credit assistant coaches Carl Fraticelli and Rusty McNamara for the excellent job they did in recruiting this class."

Josh Pigg – RHP/OF, Sacramento, Calif. (Cosumnes River CC)
6-2, 190 lbs.
2013 stats/notes: Selected in the 28th round of the 2011 MLB draft (Cleveland Indians). He went 2-2 with 10 strikeouts at Cosumnes River and batted .267 with five runs and six RBI

2013 stats: 492 batting average with seven doubles and two triples.
