(Toledo News Now) -

Large fingernails and mouse droppings were just a couple of the unique finds in this week's Restaurant Ratings Report.

Mouse droppings made it onto the inspection report at the Golden City restaurant along North Summit Street last month. The north Toledo restaurant's four violations include the rodent droppings in the kitchen, a dish machine not dispensing chlorine, as well as dirty equipment.

Church's Chicken on Franklin Avenue in Toledo will soon be seeing inspectors again, after they found 12 violations during their visit almost two weeks ago. One employee wasn't wearing a hair net, and more employees were not seen properly washing their hands. Inspectors also noted an employee with "large" fingernails working with food, black residue was found inside the ice machine, and no one in charge at the restaurant had any knowledge surrounding foodborne disease and prevention.

At Wings and Pizza of Manhattan on Manhattan Boulevard in north Toledo, no one was found to be food safety certified. Inspectors found nine violations, mostly surrounding cleanliness. The staff is asked to clean all equipment, including sinks, faucets and handles.

The Oarhouse Bar & Grille on Suder Avenue in north Toledo needs to fix its dish machine so it dispenses chlorine. Inspectors also suggested cleaning and better organization.

North Toledo's Vito's on Lagrange Street received five violations last month, including an employee wearing bracelets while preparing food. Someone on staff was dealing with money, but not washing hands before returning to food prep, and no soap was stocked.

Wildwood Cafe on North Reynolds Road in west Toledo is sitting well with inspectors. No violations were found earlier this month.

The same can be said for the Arby's along Navarre Avenue in Oregon. Inspectors found zero violations for the fast food chain last month.
