Wave sizes are declining, but they are still dangerously big along north and east shores. The High Surf Warning continues until 6:00pm today. A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for Maui County and Oahu as unstable and moist air makes its way from east to west across the islands. Honolulu will start out dry under partly cloudy skies, with the chance of heavy showers and possible thunderstorms this afternoon. High in Honolulu 81 degrees. Winds will be light and variable.

Still no sign of missing surfer Kirk Passmore, even though the Coast Guard looked throughout the night. The 32 year old went missing just west of Waimea at a surfing area known as "Outside Alligators" yesterday. We'll bring you any new developments.
