HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Rainbow Warrior football team has two home games left and enjoying them in person is now a little easier on the wallet.
In an effort to get more fans in the stands, the University of Hawaii announced Tuesday it has cut ticket prices in half for all available seats.
Starting Wednesday, remaining tickets will be sold for 50% off face value and there's no limit on how many can be purchased.
So far this year, an average of 31,000 people have made it to Uh's four home games, which is about 1,000 more than last season's turnout.
Hawaii's remaining home slate includes San Diego State and Army.
Tickets can be purchased at HawaiiAthletics.com, by calling 944-BOWS, or by visiting the Stan Sheriff Center in advance or Aloha Stadium in advance or on game day.
Fans purchasing tickets online will be able to select their exact seats and the print-at-home fee has been waived. In addition the online ticket purchase fee will be 50% off as well.
