The Medical Examiner's office has identified the 2-year-old girl who died after being pulled from waters off Sand Island State Park Monday as Melisa Mizutani of Waipahu.
Authorities had initially said she was 3 years old.
Melisa was pulled out of the waters off Sand Island State Park Monday afternoon. Police say there are no suspicious circumstances around her death. But it's not clear how she ended up in the water, or where her parents were at the time.
Authorities say her body was found by a boater about 50 yards from shore.
