[Update 12:17 p.m. Tuesday]

Jennifer Garcia was located at 8:30 Tuesday morning by Sheriff Deputies. They found her in the University area. She was taken back to the Women's Community Correctional Center (WCCC) where she will be charged with Escape 2.

Jennifer Garcia left Friday morning on a re-socialization pass to meet up with her support group and was scheduled to return to the WCCC by 9 p.m. When she failed to return at the scheduled time Honolulu County Police and State Sheriffs were notified.

Jennifer was in a transitional program called Bridge. Bridge is a transitional halfway house located within WCCC. She was serving time for Promotion of a Dangerous Drug 3 and Robbery 2.

Officials are currently searching for a 40-year old woman who failed to return to the Women's Community Correctional Center in Kailua. 

Jennifer Garcia was allowed to leave with a re-socialization pass to meet with a support group but failed to return at her 9 p.m. call time Friday night.

Garcia is listed at 5'5" weighing approximately 150 lbs. 

She was in a program called Bridge, which places her in community custody status. 

Garcia was serving time for promotion of a dangerous drug and robbery.

Anyone who locates Garcia is asked to call police.
