Billy V: Anuhea, Jack Johnson, Jimmy Buffet & Nathan Aweau

(Hawaii News Now) - One of two Hawaii artists who have new releases out: Anuhea is almost ready to hanau.  She released "Butterflies (live)" yesterday, but she is also very hapai with child.  Congratulations to her on both counts.

The other Hawaii artist who released an album yesterday is Jack Johnson, who has a very prominent banner on the itunes website. Reviews said this is even more mellow than his previous albums. He is currently on the tour supporting the new cd called "From Here to Now to You" on the East coast & Canada till August 20th - then heads to Aotearoa and Australia in December.

Also in December on the 14th, Jimmy Buffett returns to the Waikiki Shell for a night of "fin-tastic" music and fun.  It's part of the "Songs from St. Somewhere" tour 2013.  Tickets go on sale this Friday at 9:00am.  Buffett has also been busy on Hawaii Five-0, appearing a few times as a helicopter pilot.

Part of the "Music of Hawaii" series - Nathan Aweau will be at the Doris Duke Theatre at the Honolulu Museum of Art this evening at 7:30pm. He's only been there once before; as a child interested in art; not knowing he would be one day headlining there.
