Eddie Aikau Film Premiere Joins 2013 Aloha Festivals

(Hawaii News Now) - Hawaiian: The Legend of Eddie Aikau" chronicles the remarkable life and times of the late Eddie Aikau. The film is airing on ESPN's 30 for 30, but you have a chance to see it before it airs in October as the premiere becomes a part of the 2013 Aloha Festival celebrations.

Sunday, September 22, 2013 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM  (Doors open at 3:00 pm)
Historic Hawaii Theatre Center
130 Bethel Street, Honolulu

Suggested Donations:   $20 – Reserved Seating Tickets  OR a limited number of VIP Tickets are available for donations of $50.  VIP ticket holders are invited to attend a post-screening Reception from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Theatre's Weyand Room where they will receive a commemorative T-shirt and an autographed poster from the Aikau Family.  Heavy pupus will be served at the reception.

 A Q&A session with the Producers & Director will be held immediately following the film.
