Sam Choy's 'kitchen' up for auction

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Island Home Building Materials will be holding a public auction on Saturday September 14 at 10 a.m. 

Well known Hawaii Chef Sam Choy's show kitchen will go to the highest bidder, cabinets and appliances included.  Island Home Building Materials is consolidating its operations and relocating its showroom, so the Sam Choy kitchen has got to go! 

Auction items to include: select name brand appliances by Thermador, Viking, Zephyr, large selection of kitchen cabinets, fixtures, and designer faucets.  Overstock cabinets, solid wood doors and window displays will go at no reserve. 

Preview for the auction will be Friday at 12pm-6pm and Saturday from 8 a.m.
