Participating chefs include: Mauna Kea Beach Hotel's Chef Peter Pahk; Bistro Molokini's Chef Michael Young; Pili Group's Chef Mark "Gooch" Noguchi; Celebrity; Chef Lee Anne Wong; and Town's Chef Ed Kenney.
