TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Steven King, who is being charged with obstruction of justice in the disappearance of missing 1-year-old Elaina Steinfurth, was back in front of a judge Thursday.

King's trial date was confirmed during his pretrial hearing, which is expected to be his last. His trial will start Sept. 16.

He is currently being held in the Lucas County Jail on a $250,000 bond.

King is the former boyfriend of Elaina's mother, Angela Steinfurth, who is also being charged with obstruction of justice in connection to the east Toledo toddler's disappearance back in June.

On Wednesday, Steinfurth waived her right to a speedy trial, and her pretrial hearing was pushed back for the second time. Her next pretrial hearing is scheduled for Sept. 25.

She is currently being held in the Lucas County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
