HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - At least one high school football player from California was arrested in Hawaii after an alleged hazing incident at the team's hotel in Waikiki.
According to media reports, about 25 senior football players from Westlake High School broke into a hotel room occupied by five freshman at the Hyatt Village in Waikiki.
One victim was reportedly punched in the face, and another was allegedly sexually assaulted.
School officials in California say they are investigating the incident.
The team was in Hawaii for exhibition football games against two local high schools.
