Ruling on voter redistricting possible by year's end

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A decision from the U.S. Supreme Court on the state's voter redistricting plan could come down by the end of the year, according to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser.

A lawsuit alleges that the maps are unconstitutional because the reapportionment does not include non-permanent residents, like military members and college students.
