KAENA POINT, OAHU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Crews rescued three fishermen near Kaena Point after their boat capsized Saturday night.
The Coast Guard Sector Honolulu says a girlfriend of one of the crew members reported they were overdue from an ahi fishing trip Saturday evening.
Rescue crews launched an air search about 10 p.m. at their last known location.
About 8:30 a.m. Sunday the Dolphin crew located two of the men sitting on top of the hull of their overturned vessel while the other man clung to the hull in the water. The men were air lifted out and treated for minor injuries.
All three men were wearing life jackets.
