Honolulu City Councilman Ikaika Anderson explains decision to run for Congress

(HawaiiNewsNow) - The pool of candidates running for U.S. Rep. Colleen Hanabusa's seat in Congress is getting wider. Honolulu City Councilman Ikaika Anderson is the fourth person to announce his campaign to run for U.S. House of Representatives. He joins "Sunrise" to explain what he can bring to the table if elected.
