Flossie is barely holding on to its tropical storm status.  As of 11 a.m. on Monday, maximum sustained winds were measured at 40 miles per hour, according to the Central Pacific Hurricane Center (CPHC) in Honolulu.

Forecasters with the Central Pacific Hurricane Center will discuss the current forecast during the news conference.
