College student wins new car at Wyatt-Johnson Automotive

Most college students dream of getting a new car, but Wyatt-Johnson Automotive in Clarksville made that dream a reality this weekend for one young man.

"I was really not expecting to win anything at all," said winner Nathan Row.

Row, a recent graduate of Westcreek High School, and other students took Advanced Placement classes in order to be entered in the contest, and their hard work paid off.

Each tried to start the car with a different key, and Row's key was the winner.

"It's the best promotion that we do, and it assembles a bunch of bright, talented, motivated kids. Not only did they take Advanced Placement courses, but they passed them. And for that, they should be rewarded, and we here at Wyatt-Johnson did reward one today," said general manager Bill Powers.

Row plans to attend Austin Peay State University in the fall.

Other students took home laptops and other gadgets to help them continue on their path of academic success.
