HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

Tropical Storm Flossie continues to weaken.  As of 8 a.m. on Monday, maximum sustained winds were measured at 40 miles per hour, according to the Central Pacific Hurricane Center (CPHC) in Honolulu.  

During the 8:15 a.m. news conference forecasters with the Central Pacific Hurricane Center will discuss the current situation and  forecast.
