EAST CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

19 Action News Reporter Paul Orlousky has confirmed the identity of a second victim in the East Cleveland triple homicide, but is withholding the identity of the woman until all family members are notified.

A family member recognized the description of the woman's tattoos from watching 19 Action News. She is the sister of the victim and knew all of her tattoos.

This leaves only one woman unidentified, the one described as Victim #1. Hers was the first body found on Friday in a garage.

Michael Madison, 35, was arrested a short time later and after talking with detectives, gave them information that led them to two more victims nearby on Saturday.

Madison has been charged with kidnapping and aggravated murder and is being held on a $6M bond.
