Young and full
of dreams to away to college and play softball, Emily Hepker's life changed
when she was 18 and a senior in high school.

Emily six months to live. Six years later, Emily admits she is living on
borrowed time. Since March of this year, there have been more bad days than
good, but her motto, "Fight cancer with a smile," keeps her going.

someone who has helped get Emily through the last six years: Ellen DeGeneres.
