Clarksville mother, 3-year-old daughter missing for weeks

CLARKSVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Police in Clarksville are trying to locate a mother and her young daughter who have been missing  for a number of days.

Family members said they haven't seen Amber Preasmyer, 25, and her 3-year-old daughter, Nadia, since May 1.

However, the family said they waited several weeks until they reported her missing, thinking they would return.

Preasmyer is wanted in connection to a drug case, but police are concerned about the well-being of the child.
