Hawaii county firefighters recovered a body at the bottom of an 80 ft. cliff on the Big Island just before 7 p.m. Friday.
Shoreline fisherman reported seeing a body on the shoreline rocks in the area of "Hapu" near Kapanai'a in North Kohala. Vehicles need four wheel drive to be able to access the area.
According to firefighters, the man was approximately 30 to 40 years old.
An unattended vehicle was found near the scene.
Hawaii police are investigating. The cause of death is currently unknown.
