Four teenagers are recovering after being involved in a single-vehicle crash early Sunday morning in Kaimuki.
Officials say around 1 a.m., a pickup truck struck a fire hydrant and a tree on Kilauea Avenue. Four males, all 18-year-olds, were injured and one of them was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Police closed Kilauea Avenue from 15th Avenue to 17th Avenue for several hours while they conducted an investigation.
