HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

UPDATE AT 3:55 a.m. ON TUESDAY:
All repairs have been completed and Liliha Street has been reopened, according to the Honolulu Board of Water Supply.

ORIGINAL STORY:
Board of Water Supply (BWS) crews are working on a 12-inch water main break at 1340 Liliha Street located between Vineyard Boulevard and North Kukui Street.

The main break has forced the closure of all makai bound lanes on Liliha Street between Vineyard Boulevard and North Kukui Street.

Approximately six customers are without water service at this time.

The break was reported at 2:45 p.m.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution when driving through the work area and to use alternate routes where possible.
