Wie rallys for back to back top-10 finish

(HawaiiNewsNow) - Punahou graduate Michelle Wie matched her best finish of the season, rallying for three birdies over the final five holes at the Wegman's LPGA Championship, Sunday.

A rain delay on Thursday forced golfers to play 36-holes Sunday afternoon. Wie, carded a pair of 1-under 71 rounds today after opening the weekend with a woeful 4-over 76. It was the second straight week she finished in the top-10.

Michelle's 9th place finish also earned her a paycheck of $46,121.

The world's number one ranked golfer, Inbee Park, birdied a 20-foot putt on the third hole of a sudden-death playoff with Catriona Matthew to win the rain-delayed LPGA Championship.
