All Hawaii Sizzler restaurants reopen with new name

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -

GoKo Restaurant Enterprises LLC, operator of the four Sizzler restaurants on Oahu the past 10 years, has rebranded all four of its restaurants and revamped its menu to emphasize local tastes and more local products.

All four restaurants will operate under a new name:  GoKo Steak & Salad Bar Restaurant.

The rebranding of the four units; Dillingham Plaza on Dillingham Boulevard, at Aikahi Shopping Center on Kaneohe Bay Drive in Kailua, the Pearlridge Center on Moanalua Road and at the Waipahu Town Center on Farrington Highway, is now complete and all stores are open for business. All the units will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday through Sunday.

"We're aiming to offer our customers great value and ‘ono taste," said GoKo owner Clinton Goo.

GoKo employs a total of about 120 employees at the four restaurants.

The rebranding and menu revamp follow an agreement between GoKo Restaurant Enterprises LLC and Sizzler USA for a complete mutual release of franchise rights and obligations and settlement of all claims between them.
