LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Have you seen that new towering structure in downtown Las Vegas? It's not a high-rise condo or a hotel. It's the guts of SlotZilla.

The steel skeleton of the 128-foot SlotZilla is now in place. SlotZilla, set to open this summer, is a 12-story, slot-machine-themed, two-level thrill ride situated near Las Vegas Boulevard and Fremont Street.

Riders on the upper Zoomline will take off 110 feet above the ground and, lying flat on a harness, zoom 1,700 feet through and under the Fremont Street Experience canopy.

Below the Zoomline you'll find the Zipline. Riders will take off about 70 feet above the ground and travel 850 feet to a landing platform.
