(HawaiiNewsNow) - The City's Summer Fun program is the largest of its kind in the state, serving about 9,000 school-aged children and teens each year. The program, which begins June 4, runs approximately seven weeks at over 60 sites island wide. It typically operates Mondays through Fridays, from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Children can enjoy a wide variety of activities including arts and crafts, sports and games, excursions and special events. Recreation directors Samantha Sun and Keora Blakely joined us at the studio for a preview of what kind of games can be played.
