HONOLULU (AP) - A male nurse is to be sentenced for sexually abusing a Coast Guard crew member docked at a Marshall Islands atoll.

Dennis Henry is scheduled to be sentenced in federal court in Honolulu Monday. He's expected to be sentenced to two years in prison.

Henry accepted a deal to plead guilty to sexual abuse of an incapable victim.

He was accused of drugging and raping the Coast Guard crew member who was part of a crew docked at Kwajalein Atoll. Court documents say he was drunk when he met Henry, who invited him to his quarters.

The man says he woke up dazed and in pain. A test found Ambien in his blood.

As part of the plea deal, prosecutors dropped an aggravated sexual abuse of a drugged victim charge.
