CEBU, Philippines (HawaiiNewsNow) - Waipahu's Brian Viloria lost his WBO and WBA flyweight titles following a split decision loss to Juan Francisco Estrada on Saturday night in Macau.
Two judges scored the fight 116-111 and 117-111 in favor of the 22 year old Estrada (23-2). The third judge scored the fight 115-113 in favor of the 32 year old Viloria (32-3).
The loss ended Viloria's streak of six straight wins, which included three straight successful defenses of his WBO championship. He hadn't lost a fight since 2010.
