(Hawaii News Now) - Hawaiian 105.9 KINE's Billy V is in Hilo for the 50th Annual Merrie Monarch Festival.  Last night was Hoike night, where non-competing halaus got to showcase their hula, as well as a performance from all the past Miss Aloha Hulas.
