Moore reclaims #1 spot in the world rankings

Bells Beach, Australia (HawaiiNewsNow) - Hawaii's Carissa Moore is ranked number one in the world yet again.

The Punahou school alum won the Rip Curl Pro at Victoria's Bells beach, defeating previously top-ranked Taylor Wright 15.4-8.0 in the final, and earning enough points to leap frog Wright in the ASP points category.

Moore's victory marks her second straight on the ASP tour and marks the first time she's ever rung the bell as winner of one of the most famous contests in the world.
