The Occupy Honolulu protestors are moving -- in protest. But only for 24 hours. The encampment at Thomas Square park is relocating to City Hall to protest Council Bill 7, which would eliminate the requirement the City give 24 hours notice before confiscating private property on City property.

SALARY HIKES
