Eagles' Glenn Frey to play Maui concert

KAHULUI, MAUI (HawaiiNewsNow) - Glenn Frey of the Eagles will perform on Maui for one night only.

Frey will play the Maui Arts & Cultural Center's Yokouchi Pavilion/A&B amphitheater on Saturday, May 4.

Backed by his full band, Frey's only public performance in Hawaii will feature songs spanning the singer-songwriter's entire career.

Tickets for Maui Arts & Cultural Center members go on sale Saturday, March 23 at 10 a.m. at the MACC

Tickets for the general public go on sale Saturday, March 30 at 10 a.m.

Frey is a founding member, vocalist and songwriter of the Eagles, who become one of the most influential bands in America.

He penned some of the most celebrated Eagles songs, including classics like "Desperado," "Tequila Sunrise," "Best of My Love," "One of these Nights," "Lyin' Eyes," "Take it to the Limit," "Hotel California," and "Life in the Fast Lane." As a solo artist, he released a string of well-received albums and scored hits with "The Heat is On," "You Belong to the City," and "Smuggler's Blues."

Prices: $55, $79, $89, with a limited number of premium $129.00 tickets available. Plus applicable fees.
