Honolulu (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Rainbow Warrior basketball team finished as the fifth seed in the Big West and will play fourth-seeded UC-Irvine, Thursday, March 14th to open up round one of the conference tournament.
The Bows (17-14, 10-8) split the regular season series with the Anteaters (18-14, 11-7), with both teams winning on their respective home courts.
The teams will play at the conclusion of the #8 CS Fullerton vs #1 Long Beach State game which is slated to begin at 4pm H.S.T.

Friday's 6:30 p.m. semifinal will be televised live on ESPN3 and will air delayed on ESPNU immediately after the conclusion of the 9:00 p.m. live semifinal on ESPNU.
