WIND & HIGH SURF ADVISORY

The ice and snow is melting on the Big Island, but strong winds will continue to whip around. An advisory is posted for Maui & Big Island. Dan says they should peak today and tomorrow. Choppy conditions have also triggered a high surf advisory.
