The Cheesecake Factory at the Royal Hawaiian Center in Waikiki reopens Monday.
This comes after a 3-week closure due to a kitchen fire. The blaze caused an estimated $2.5 billion in damages to the restaurant and other neighboring businesses.
A traditional Hawaiian blessing of the restaurant will be held at 9:30 a.m. today and the restaurant will reopen for business at its regular time at 11 a.m.
