HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) -
The Hawaii State Public Library System's website was shut down Tuesday following technical difficulties.
Instead of getting information on reference materials, people who visited the website saw the GoDaddy.com logo along with a banner noting that the domain name had expired.
The State Library says a technical glitch is to blame and apologizes for the inconvenience.
During the site shutdown, you may still visit the Hawaii State Public Library System's website www.librarieshawaii.org to be redirected for the following resources:
- Public Access
Catalog
- eBooks
- Digital audio
books
- Ed2Go
- HSPLS IT
Academy
Patrons may also renew their materials in person or over the

available when you renew: on Oahu call 586-3652, Neighbor Island residents may
