Board of Water Supply (BWS) crews repaired a 12-inch water main break fronting the Date Street side of 703 Kamuela Avenue.
The break initially forced the closure of the far right Ewa-bound lane of Date Street between Kapahulu Avenue and Kamuela Avenue. Five customers are currently without water. The road was re-opened at about 4:15 p.m.
A water wagon was setup at 3042 Date Street to provide water for affected customers. This main break was reported at approximately 5:14 a.m.
