VANDALS CUT CABLE, DISRUPT SERVICES
You may have problems with your cell phone or cable TV service today and you can blame vandals. Honolulu police say a 42 year old homeless man was arrested overnight for cutting a fiber optic cable under the Airport Viaduct to steal copper. The outages affect Hawaiian Telcom and Oceanic customers. Ramsay Wharton will have the latest live on Sunrise.
NORTH KOREA ROCKET LAUNCH
North Korea is reportedly planning a third nuclear test today with the United States as target. The rocket range includes Hawaii and Alaska, but no time has been given.

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta will lift the military's ban on women serving in combat this morning. We're efforting an interview with Representative Tulsi Gabbard, one of the first female combat veterans elected to Congress.
