The Honolulu Fire Department's helicopter will resume a search for a missing hiker in Waianae Friday morning.
According to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, a male hiker in his twenties was last seen at around 3:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon, when he was hiking up the side of a mountain near Kukai Place.
At just after 8 p.m. last night, fire personnel began an aerial search, including a bunker that he might have hiked to.
Crews did not find the man after searching for one and a half hours, and are scheduled to this Friday morning at first light to resume their search.
