Posted: Updated:
(Toledo News Now) -

Record cold this morning, breaking a record set in 1875!

We begin to improve -- temperature wise -- into the afternoon hours and for the rest of the week moving forward.

Today's high will reach the middle to upper 40s with clear and calm conditions and plenty of sunshine. All leftover snow and ice will finally melt.

Tonight, temps drop into the lower 30s with clear and calm conditions.

Thursday will be significantly warmer, with temps near the lower 60s.

A few rain showers are possible Friday.
